The Southlake COVID-19, Cold and Flu Clinic was created to support the needs of our community and ensure access to timely in-person care for those with moderate COVID-19, cold or flu symptoms. The clinic is staffed by physicians from Southlake’s Emergency Department teamed with Southlake nurses. Southlake is committed to providing timely and high-quality access to health care and clinicians in both the Emergency Department and through this clinic. The clinic accepts both booked appointments and walk-ins.
Please note that this clinic is not a COVID-19 Assessment Centre for PCR swab tests.
