As you may be aware, a service disruption in Canada Post operations has halted mail and parcel services across the country. This interruption will impact the timely delivery of donations.
Southlake relies on donations throughout the holiday-season to fund critical needs across the hospital, and ensure our expert clinicians have what they need to deliver the very best care.
To ensure your donation reaches us, and it put to work immediately, the following are alternative ways you can donate to your hospital:
1. Make your gift online
This is the fastest and most direct method of donating and will ensure your gift is put to work immediately at Southlake, when it’s needed most.

2. Make your gift by phone
Call into Southlake Foundation offices and our team will be happy to take your donation over the phone.

3. Drop your donation off at an in-person location.
If you have a donation you would like to deliver in person, the following locations are available to receive your gift:

4. Make your donation by downloading the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Payment
To make your donation using EFT, download the following form to your computer, fill it out with your personal information and use the instructions on the top to submit the form to the Foundation.
Please contact Southlake Foundation offices to let us know when you’ve made an EFT gift, and the amount for tracking purposes.

Your 2024 Tax Receipt
Gifts made online will automatically receive a 2024 tax receipt, sent via email. If you have made, or are making, a donation via cheque/cash/other means, you will receive your mailed 2024 tax receipt upon the resolution of the postal service disruption. If your donation is in limbo currently with Canada Post, but is dated and postmarked on or before December 31, 2024, you will still receive a tax receipt for 2024.
