Southlake’s Whistleblower Reporting Tool provides a confidential and protected process for staff, physicians, volunteers, learners, patients, families, partners, and members of the public to report concerns about suspected wrongdoing, misconduct, or violations of applicable laws, and Southlake’s policies.
Concerns that may be reported through the whistleblower process include, but are not limited to:
- Fraud, theft, or financial mismanagement
- Unsafe, illegal, or unethical practices
- Abuse of authority or conflicts of interest
- Suppression of information or other serious misconduct
Southlake Health prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith using the Whistleblower Reporting Tool.
