In 2023, Southlake Health began a two-year project to transform its food services to enhance patient care and the experience for patients, visitors, staff, and medical staff. Working closely with its partner Compass Group Canada, Southlake elevated its food offerings with freshly cooked meals that provide nutrition and comfort and meet every patient’s care needs. Retail dining spaces have also been refreshed and expanded, offering modern, inviting places for patients, visitors, staff, and medical staff to enjoy a wide range of options — from a full-service Starbucks to Market Aquene Café’s chef-inspired international cuisine.
This hospital-wide transformation reflects Southlake’s commitment to delivering leading edge care, close to home through every experience that supports healing.
