Now that you have the Convey app downloaded on your mobile device, there are two ways to complete registration.
1. Using the Ontario trusted account, a service that facilitates seamless access to information and health services made available by Southlake.
Follow these steps:
- Create account online; then,
- Launch the Convey app and complete registration using your Ontario trusted account
—OR—
2. Using your unique PIN or authentication code. This will be sent to you via text message within a day of your appointment booking.
Note: The Ontario trusted account is available through the Southlake Health Navigator mobile app, which can be downloaded via Apple app store (Android version not yet available via Google Play app store). A PIN code is not required for this option.
