Access your medical imaging and reports online with PocketHealth!
Southlake patients can now access, store and share their medical imaging and reports by using PocketHealth! PocketHealth is a secure, online platform that allows patients to access their medical imaging records as soon as they’re finalized.
PocketHealth patient benefits:
- Instantly access your medical images and reports anytime, with any device.
- Easily understand the complex terminology in your reports with PocketHealth’s Report Reader feature.
- Download, view, or share these records with your physician or specialist.
- Permanently and securely store these records so they’re always available to you.
- Upload older imaging from CDs or USBs so you have all your imaging records, all in one place.
How to sign-up:
- Download the Southlake Health Navigator app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- In the Southlake Health Navigator follow the link to PocketHealth, or enroll directly by clicking here.
- Sign up for $10 monthly membership (cancel anytime) or pay a $49 annual fee to permanently access, store, and share unlimited imaging records from any connected hospital or imaging centre for you and up to four family members.
- Once your records are ready to view, you’ll receive an email from PocketHealth with a secure link to access them.
- Your images and reports can be easily downloaded or shared with anyone, anytime through email, fax, a printed link, or CD/USB.

PocketHealth for External Healthcare Providers:
For our provider community, getting access to the records your patients care about has never been easier. To access these records:
- Fax 905-830-5961 to request your desired records. You will then be sent an Access Page with instructions on downloading and accessing your desired records. This access page will be valid for 30 days and can be extended up to 9 months.
- Through PocketHealth, you will receive secure and instant access to images to better plan consultations in advance instead of waiting for a CD.
- There’s no need to create an account, remember a password or download any specialized software.
- All records can be downloaded in full diagnostic quality with tools to manipulate the images.
