As our front-line staff continue to face the current healthcare crisis head on, the support of our communities is more important than ever.
While Southlake Foundation’s office is currently closed, our staff are still working hard to provide the urgently-needed medical tools and personal protective equipment that our hospital depends on to keep our staff, our patients, and our communities safe.
During this time, there are many ways that you can continue to give securely in support of Southlake. We are still able to provide tax receipts for all gifts, though there may be a slight delay with gifts not made online.
- Online giving: This is the fastest and easiest way to donate, and will ensure you receive an automatic tax receipt via email immediately after making your gift. You can make a gift online directly in support of current needs associated with COVID-19 by visiting www.southlake.ca/foundation/donateCOVID-19.
- Credit card: You can make a gift by credit card over the phone by calling Mary Spirito at 905.251.2832 or Laurel McGuckin at 416.427.5661.
- Cheque: To make a donation by cheque, please make payable to Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation and send by mail to our office, located at 102-581 Davis Drive, Newmarket ON, L3Y 2P6.
- Gifts of securities: Complete the online stock gift form and contact your broker to make a gift of securities to Southlake.
- E-transfers: We also accept donations by e-transfer. To e-transfer to the Foundation please ensure the recipient is “Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation” and that you direct your transfer to foundation@southlakeregional.org.
- Electronic Fund Transfers: Because many institutions limit e–transfer amounts, you can still e-donate by completing an EFT to Southlake. Your banking institution will require Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation’s banking information.
