In March 2024, Southlake kicked off a multi-month consultation to connect with people across Southlake and the communities we serve to help develop a new strategy.

Our 2019-2023 Strategic Plan
Southlake has always created innovative solutions to our most pressing challenges. But innovation does not happen on its own. Southlake’s core strength is our people. Staff, physicians, and volunteers have come together to provide leading edge care for patients and families.
We are not resting on our past achievements. A new set of challenges will test our collective ability to meet the needs of our communities, including:
- The need to address overcrowding
- The requirement to deliver clinical excellence
- The responsibility to provide the best patient and staff experience
- The opportunity to help improve the healthcare system
