Southlake Regional Health Centre is proud to be the first hospital in Canada to implement AngelEye Health’s clinical communication and online education tools in the NICU.
AngelEye is a virtual engagement solution that has been recently implemented within our NICU. Launched in May 2020, the solution helps remove the barriers separating families from their babies during their critical care stay. AngelEye’s Clinical Communication Solution allows the care team to send secure one-way communication updates (photo, video, text messages) to parents and families through any internet-enabled device and/or the free AngelEye Mobile App. This makes it possible to share real-time, memorable moments during this time of increased stress and visitor restrictions.
